over over three decades of work experience under his belt, DD has built
a huge store of knowledge in management skills, finance applications
and expertise in the automotive industry.
A Mechanical engineer (IIT Kanpur, India) by qualification he is a Fellow
of The Institute of The Motor Industry U.K. He has been accredited as
a Lending and Professional Adviser by Sovereign. He has also been mentored
at the Rolls Royce Motor Co, UK, at Mitsubishi Motors Japan, Chrysler
Corporation USA and at Aston Martin UK on product knowledge and management
skills, and, has participated in management development programs run
by these companies. He has been a keen participant in various international
conferences and successfully steered various product and price negotiation
meetings.
Over the years he has evolved a unique management style of treating
each business deal as a new business partnership which grows with time
and each client is respected as a business partner. Accurate perception,
correct expression, quick turn around and transparent dealing help in
establishing long term business relationship with the clients. Repeat
and referral business has reduced the need for expensive marketing campaigns.
He has worked as General Manager with a leading auto distributor in
the middle-east (Sultanate of Oman) for over a decade handling a country
wide network with over twelve branches and four regional centres. Over
the years he has been involved in corporate management, training, developing
new business strategies and implementing them as well as developing customer
experience management programs.
He is also an Advanced Pranic healer having done advanced course through
the World Pranic Healing Foundation at Manila. He is adept in practicing
and using these ancient but effective techniques in the corporate sector
and help achieve a stress free atmosphere and better harmony in the work
force, resulting in higher productivity and improved profitability.

DPDYS Management Services Ltd was set up in 2001 as a consultancy offering
management and marketing support to corporate clients in the retail and
automotive industry. The programs were tailored to meet the specific
needs of the clients and included key operations like CSI programs, Product
Profiling, Mystery Shopping and Staff & management training. The
company also diversified into areas like vehicle and equipment lease
and finance.
Diamond Finance was set up in 2005 with the initial focus in providing
professional finance options for home loans, commercial and development
finance and automotive & equipment lease and hire purchase. The company
established direct facilities with leading local banks and institutional
lenders to offer a wide range of options to its existing and new and
growing client base. The aim of the company is “Keeping It Simple” by
offering quick, easy, professional and competitive options to its clients.

With the continuing boom in the housing and construction industry the
company diversified into development funding and in financing of large
