Complaints

If you have a complaint about Diamond Finance Ltd or one of their representatives you should contact your Company Director in the first instance. (Mobile +6421444556 or dd@funder.co.nz).

Diamond Finance Ltd has a formal complaints process as per the our complaints form. Complaints can be made either via email, via verbal or via telephone or through a written communication. All complaints received are entered in a “Complaints Register”: maintained at our office and are acknowledged on the date it is received at our office.

FDR logoWe will respond to your complaint within two working days of receipt of your complaint in case any clarifications are required. We will then investigate the complaint and provide you with our submission within 10 (ten) Working days thereafter. Our effort is to resolve the issue in an amicable manner. If required, we will also involve a third party, non-related person to comment on the issues and the proposed options to resolve the complaint.

However, if you are not satisfied your complaint has been resolved to your satisfaction by us, you can contact our independent dispute resolution provider Financial Dispute Resolution.

Compliments

Compliments are important to us too! We would like to hear from you if you have any other feedback. For example suggestions for process improvement, opportunities for development and/or compliments about our staff, or anything else about our business, services and products that come to mind. You could forward your compliments via email, or a written communication via our compliments form addressed to the Company Director.
