Complaints can be made either via email, via verbal or via telephone or through a written communication. All complaints received are entered in a “Complaints Register”: maintained at our office and are acknowledged on the date it is received at our office.
However, if you are not satisfied your complaint has been resolved to your satisfaction by us, you can contact our independent dispute resolution provider Financial Dispute Resolution. ComplimentsCompliments are important to us too! We would like to hear from you
