As brokers we offer you our professional services in planning your resources to meet the challenges ahead. We deal with many banks and institutional lenders and therefore can place the deal with the one that offers the best rates and services. We negotiate on your behalf the interest rates, and can get for you the same (if not better) interest rates to what you will get directly from the banks.

We do NOT charge any fee to the clients for standard home mortgages. There are no hidden expenses. In most cases we are able to cover your legal costs for the mortgage transaction via support from the lender.

If you are self employed, small to medium size trader or are engaged in any vocational work we have special packages that include lease to own finance option on your vehicle and equipment and very attractive deals for your commercial and business lending. For wholesale traders we can provide invoice financing and factoring.
